Terms and Conditions Updated at 2026-07-13
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Calm Money, a service provided by Conversation of Money Ltd (5 Brayford Close, London, E1 0SG) ("we," "our," "us," or the "Company"). By registering for, purchasing, or otherwise using Calm Money, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Service.
1. Nature of the Service
Calm Money is a financial education and implementation programme. It is designed to help you build practical systems around budgeting, debt reduction, financial stability, and investing.
Calm Money is financial education, not regulated financial advice. Nothing provided through the Service, including modules, live sessions, community content, or communication with Peter Komolafe or any other member of the team, constitutes personalised financial advice under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (FSMA). You should seek regulated independent financial advice before making significant financial decisions specific to your circumstances.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register for or use Calm Money. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet this age requirement.
3. Registration and Your Account
When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.
Your account, login details, and access to Calm Money are personal to you and may not be shared, sold, or transferred to any other person, including friends, family members, colleagues, or any third party. This includes sharing passwords, login links, or downloaded materials to grant access to someone who has not purchased the programme. If we reasonably believe your account is being shared or accessed by someone other than you, we may suspend or terminate your access without refund.
4. Pricing and Payment
Calm Money is currently priced at £597, payable in full, in two instalments of £298.50, or quarterly, as selected at checkout. Payment is processed through our third-party payment processor; we do not store your full card details ourselves.
Access to Calm Money is provided for an initial period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Renewal is not automatic. Continued access after this period is available if you choose to renew at £298.50 per year, or the then-current renewal price, by completing a new payment. We will contact you in advance of your access expiring to let you know how to renew if you wish to continue. If you do not renew, your access to the programme and community will end at the close of your 12-month period, with no further payment taken.
5. Refunds
If Calm Money is not right for you, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have worked through module one in good faith. To request a refund, email us at the address listed in Section 12 within this 14-day window. Refunds requested after this period are not guaranteed and will be considered at our discretion.
6. Access and Licence
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Calm Money programme content, community, and live sessions for your own personal financial education. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or use the content for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
7. Community Conduct
Calm Money includes access to a private community and live Q&A sessions. By participating, you agree to:
Treat other members and the team with respect Not share other members' personal information or financial details outside the community without consent Not use the community to promote unrelated products, services, or solicitations Not share paid programme content outside the community
We reserve the right to remove any member from the community, without refund, for conduct that we reasonably believe breaches these standards or is otherwise harmful to other members.
8. Intellectual Property
All content within Calm Money, including modules, videos, worksheets, frameworks (including the SCOPA framework), and community materials, is the intellectual property of Conversation of Money Ltd and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute this content without our prior written permission.
9. No Guarantee of Results
While Calm Money is designed to help you build a practical financial system, we do not guarantee any specific financial outcome, result, or level of income, savings, or debt reduction. Your results depend on factors outside our control, including your own actions, circumstances, and the wider economic environment.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Conversation of Money Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you, for example by email or a notice on the website, before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law and Contact
